This is an online meditation circle (and optional add-on for class participants). 

Meditation is an incredible way to build your energy with the Spirit world and to learn how to connect to Spirit longer and deeper for more powerful results. Nearly all mediums and healers have a practice of finding their power and connecting to the Universal energy source through meditation. This is an ancient technique which has been used for a very, very long time.

This is a weekly drop-in class.
